CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Excess volatility increases risk further. Be cautious. Past performance is not an indication of future results.

Deposit questions, grouped by what actually settles them (Bangladesh)

Questions about money going into a trading account fall into four kinds, and the kind matters more than the subject. Some are settled by reading a number. Some are settled by a choice nobody else can make. A few genuinely need another person. And a handful have no answer anywhere, which is worth knowing before an evening is spent looking for one.

Sorting a question this way usually answers it. If it can be settled by a reading, no message is needed and none will be faster. If it is a choice, no amount of looking will produce it. And if it truly needs somebody, the readings from the first group are exactly what makes it answerable when you ask.

Kind one — settled by a reading

Each of these ends with a number or a line of text somewhere on a screen. None of them is a conversation.

The platform balance has not changed. Did the transfer fail?

Read which account number the platform is displaying. A profile can hold several trading accounts and only the addressed one changes, which makes this the most ordinary explanation there is.

Is the transfer late?

Read the expected time that was printed beside the option before you confirmed, and compare it against the moment you confirmed. Inside that window nothing is late.

Why is the credited figure smaller than the one typed?

Read the entry. The gap is a stated cost, a currency conversion, or both — and both were displayed before the confirmation.

What did this transfer actually cost me?

Read the two figures side by side: typed and credited. After three transfers that difference is a measurement of your own route rather than an estimate.

What is the minimum this account will accept?

Read the sign-up screen. Standard and Standard Cent accounts have no minimum initial deposit; Pro, Raw Spread and Zero accounts carry a region-based minimum shown before anything is sent.

Why did the balance move when nothing was transferred?

Read the open positions list. A position moves the figure while it runs, and one carried past the daily close can pick up an overnight charge. Neither is a transfer.

Is anything being charged for holding the account?

Read the transaction list for a recurring line. There is none: holding an account carries no monthly charge and no activity requirement.

Kind two — settled by a choice only you can make

No screen holds these and no message will produce them. They are decisions, and the useful thing a page can do is say so plainly.

How much should be sent?

A decision, informed by two readings: the smallest position an account can carry, and what one of them takes hold of. The readings are free; the decision is not derivable from them. Take the readings.

Should the account count in one currency or another?

A choice made at creation and fixed for that account. Matching it to the money that will feed the account is the one decision that removes a conversion instead of explaining one.

Should the first transfer be large or small?

Your call entirely. What a small first one buys is a measurement of the route with very little riding on it, which is a reason rather than a rule.

Should more be sent after a bad week?

The most consequential choice on this page, and the one most often made while looking at a screen rather than away from it. What separates a plan from a reaction.

One transfer or several?

Mechanically each is its own entry, its own expected time and its own stated cost. Whether the convenience is worth the repetition is not something a screen can weigh for you.

Kind three — genuinely needs somebody else

Three questions belong here, and only three. Each one needs the readings from kind one before it can be answered by anyone.

Nothing has been credited and the expected time has passed.

Take the confirmation timestamp, the destination number and the reference from the source side to Exness support, which is available around the clock. Those three readings turn a description into something checkable.

The transfer came from a source in a different name.

The account is held in one name and the source is expected to carry the same one. This is settled before another attempt, and it is settled with the broker rather than worked around.

The identity check is asking for something again.

That check is the broker's own step and this site has no visibility into it at all. What can be said is that it is asked once rather than per transfer.

Everything else on this page is kind one or kind two. What to have in hand before writing.

Kind four — no answer exists anywhere

What should be traded once the money lands?

This site answers that in no form at all: no directions, no forecasts, no entry points and no view on any instrument. CFDs traded with leverage can lose money.

Will this amount grow?

Nobody can tell you, and any page that does is selling something. Everything deposited can go, and the ceiling on losses is the amount deposited rather than any smaller figure.

Which option is fastest in general?

«In general» does not exist here — available options, their costs and their expected times follow the account and the region and are stated before each confirmation. Your own measurement of your own route is the only honest answer.

Can this site look up a transfer?

No. It holds no money, sees no account and has no visibility into any movement. It can only say which kind a question is, which is what the four groups are for.

Deliberately absent

Figures. Costs, minimums, rates and expected times are account-specific and region-specific, and every one of them is stated inside the Personal Area before a confirmation — so a number copied here would be wrong quietly rather than usefully.
