A deposit question: what to settle first, and what to bring (Bangladesh)
Most questions about a deposit that has not appeared are answered by looking in the right place on your own screen. This page sorts them: what you can settle alone, what has to be handed over, and which side is able to move a transfer that seems to have stopped.
Every transfer leaves an entry, and the entry appears in your Personal Area — the private dashboard you see after signing in at exness.com — before any balance changes. Open the entry before writing to anyone: it says whether the money is still travelling or already credited, and that alone decides who the question belongs to.
Four checks that answer most of it without asking
| What you see | What to check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| The platform balance has not changed | Which account number the platform is showing, and whether the entry exists in the account area | A profile can hold several accounts; only the addressed one changes. Switch account before assuming anything. |
| Credited, but smaller than the figure typed | Whether the source counted in another currency, and whether the option stated a cost | Both were stated before the confirmation. The entry carries the credited figure — that is the number to keep. |
| The entry exists but nothing is credited yet | The expected time that was printed beside the option before you confirmed | Inside that window nothing is late. What each moment of a transfer looks like |
| The source is not in the account holder's name | The name the trading account is held in | This one is settled before another attempt rather than during one. Which field governs what |
Three of the four are readings, not opinions. The fourth is a status. None of them needs a conversation.
Five details to have ready before you write
A question with these in it gets a specific answer. A question without them gets a request for them.
The reference on the entry
Every recorded transfer gets an identifier. Copy it exactly, including letters — it is the only thing that points at one transfer rather than at a day.
Two clocks, not one
The time shown in your Personal Area and the time where you are. Bangladesh keeps UTC+6 all year, and platforms keep their own server time, so a single timestamp is ambiguous by several hours.
The amount as typed and the amount as credited
Two figures, each with its currency written next to it. If they differ, the difference is the question — not the waiting.
A picture of the screen, taken at the time
Not retyped. A screenshot carries the state, the reference and the timestamp together, and it cannot be misremembered a day later.
One sentence saying what you expected
«Confirmed on Tuesday evening, expected within a day, nothing credited by Thursday morning» is a fact. «It is taking too long» is not, and cannot be checked.
Which side can move which problem
| The problem | Who it belongs to |
|---|---|
| An entry that has stopped, the identity check, an account setting | Exness support, 24/7, from inside the Exness Trade app or the Personal Area |
| What happened to the sum before it reached the broker's side | The source it left from — the broker's record starts where its record starts |
| A destination number, a name or an amount you entered yourself | You, first — most failed attempts are a field, not a decision |
| «What does this word on the screen mean?» | This site, which is an independent guide and holds nobody's money |
This page lists no phone number and no email address. Contact details change, and details copied from unofficial pages are a known route for fraud — start from the app or from exness.com every time.
Two habits worth keeping
- Nobody legitimate asks for your password. Not support, not in chat, not «to check the transfer».
- Nobody legitimate asks you to send a second payment to release the first. A transfer that has not been credited yet is an entry to read, not a fee to pay.
How long is «not credited yet» normal for?
No page can promise a time, this one included. What is checkable is the expected time the screen printed and the moment you confirmed — write both down and the answer stops being a feeling.
The money left the source but nothing is credited. Now what?
Take the reference from the source side and your confirmation timestamp to Exness support. Those two readings are what turn a description into something answerable.
Can support see this website or the notes I keep here?
No. This site is independent, sees no accounts and moves no money. Anything about your account goes to Exness support, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I need a funded account to ask a question?
The Exness Help Centre is readable without signing in. The support chat sits inside the app and the Personal Area, so an account is needed — a demo registration with an email and a password is enough, and asks for no documents.
See the screens before any money is involved
A demo account costs nothing, uses virtual money and has no time limit. It shows the platform and the dashboard, though it has no transfers to follow — that part starts only with a real account. Demo results don't guarantee real-account results.
